Junior Programs are the foundation of Nexor – it’s where we have our greatest impact!
Teaching kids the fundamentals of physical preparation and providing them with the
skills they need for lifelong success in sport is what we do best.
We use a long-term athlete development model that aligns their training with their age. By understanding key trainability windows, junior athletes are exposed to the right style of training at the right time.  Whether that’s coordination, movement patterns, strength, speed or skill. This results in producing versatile athletes who move better, stay healthier and develop long term confidence in how they train and play.
We focus on building the right foundations at the right time — so performance continues to improve throughout the entirety of their development years.
