Our Programming is Different
Our programming begins with an in-depth analysis where we dive deep into your short- and long-term goals, your current performance capabilities and your previous training and injury history. We take into consideration all lifestyle factors including your work and family life and establish your strengths and weaknesses.
We use all of this to design a program that is specifically designed for you and your needs.
Precision Coaching
Our number one priority is to make sure the training you are doing is improving your performance. Depending on your situation and what we determine from our needs analysis – this might include strength, power, conditioning, speed, mobility and any other type of training you require to ensure there are no limiting factors between you and your goals.
As you progress, we’ll continue to assess your improvements and adjust your program accordingly. We use ongoing assessments to provide you with data – tracking your progress year-round. You’ll also have access to ongoing feedback, advice and support from a coach with over 10 years’ experience in the field.
How It Works
The program is delivered through an easy-to-use app that includes video demonstrations and a monitoring system for you to track all of your training metrics.
Just simply open the app each day and your program will be there ready for you to complete!
