Here at Nexor we prefer not to use the term ‘rehab’. Successfully returning to sport after an injury requires a level of re-conditioning that most ‘rehab’ programs miss.

Returning from injury should be viewed as an opportunity to come back stronger. This requires a combination of re-conditioning and performance based training.

Working with either a Physiotherapist of your choice or one that we trust, we deliver an integrated approach that bridges the gap between rehab and performance.

Yes, we collaborate with Physio’s from day 1. During the early stages of returning from injury, there are still so many areas of training that don’t need to stop. We utilise the initial stage to ensure those areas aren’t detrained and then quickly progress to improving performance where we can.
