Here at Nexor we prefer not to use the term ‘rehab’. Successfully returning to sport after an injury requires a level of re-conditioning that most ‘rehab’ programs miss.
Returning from injury should be viewed as an opportunity to come back stronger. This requires a combination of re-conditioning and performance based training.
Working with either a Physiotherapist of your choice or one that we trust, we deliver an integrated approach that bridges the gap between rehab and performance.
