We begin with 3 intro sessions before deciding which group is most suitable for your ongoing training. All 3 intro sessions are 1 on 1 and educational based. Think of these intro sessions as 3 separate workshops but in a 1 on 1 setting. This is where we teach you our methods and philosophies regarding drills, acceleration and max velocity.
We also conduct a movement screening and needs analysis before getting a baseline time using our VALD performance timing gates. This allows us to measure your speed improvements over time.
Once you have completed the 3 intro sessions, we will decide which training group is best for your current needs and you will begin your weekly sessions with the squad.
