The quickest way to get better at your sport, is to practice it as often as possible. The more resilient you are, the less time you’ll spend injured and the more time you’ll have to practice your sport.

Built for Performance

Over the last 10 years, our field has become flooded with unqualified coaches who have blurred the lines between specificity and intensity and labelled it “sport specific” training. This has left many of today’s athlete’s training in no man’s land – where intensity isn’t high enough to deal with the demands of the sport and the movements aren’t specific enough to improve the skill.

Although this type of training looks cool on Instagram, it often leaves the athlete underprepared for their sport which results in them spending most of their time on the sideline. Our aim is to prepare your body to perform when in matters most.

We use an initial assessment to determine exactly what your goals are and how we’re going to get you there. From there we design a long term plan that includes everything you need to achieve your sporting goals. Taking into account your previous training history, current training loads and future competition periods

Our initial assessment is $110 and every session after that is $95. We also have packages that include external programming at a discounted rate.
