The purpose of Strength and Conditioning in sport is to improve the general physical qualities that underpin sporting performance - strength, power, speed and endurance. 

Most of the time athletes don’t actually need individualised programming, they just need quality training that builds these physical qualities. 

 Our GPP program is not only designed to improve these physical qualities, it is also designed to build resilience and reduce your risk of injury.

Getting injured less means more time playing the sport you love. So if you want to increase your playing time, improve your strength, power, speed and endurance or you simply just want to feel like an athlete, the GPP program is for you.   

WHAT YOU GET 
- 4 x Weekly strength and power sessions 
- 1 x Weekly off feet conditioning session
- 1 x Weekly speed session

The program also includes video demonstrations and an easy to use monitoring system where you can track all of your training metrics to ensure you’re progressing each week. The GPP program is updated every 8 weeks providing the perfect balance of consistency and variety in your training. Support is also available for those that need to adjust any exercises.

How it Works

The program is delivered through an app called TeamBuildr. Once you sign up, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app and access your program. Follow the instructions on the email and you will be granted access to the program. Open the app each day and your program will be right there ready for you to complete.

This isn’t just a program, this is a blueprint designed to unlock your full sporting potential. This is for the athlete that needs more than just a program. The athlete that keeps on getting injured and can’t figure out why. The athlete who knows exactly what’s holding them back but doesn’t know how to address it. The athlete who continues to train hard but doesn’t see their work transfer to game day.

The SPP program includes an in depth analysis of your current performance levels, training history, injury history, lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses and the equipment you have access to. This allows us to individualise an evolving plan that addresses exactly what you need to improve your performance. 

All athletes deserve access to elite level coaching wherever they are in the world. The SPP Program provides the same experience you would get from a professional club but with the benefit of being able to train anytime, anywhere.

- Comprehensive Athlete Assessment: We’ll personally give you a call to discuss everything we need to know to ensure you receive a program which is specifically designed for you and your needs. 

- Custom Programming: We’ll individualise every part of your training week to ensure there is no limiting factors between your training and your performance.  

- Ongoing Support & Adjustments: As you progress, we’ll monitor your performance and continue to fine-tune your program accordingly. This ensures progress year round regardless of competition phases, new goals, injuries or even any personal/lifestyle changes. 

- Direct Access to Expert Coaching: You’ll have access to ongoing feedback, advice, and support from experienced coaches who understand your sport and what it takes to succeed at the highest level.

How it Works

Once you sign up, one of our coaches will reach out to organise a time for a phone call. Over the phone we’ll discuss everything we need to know to build the perfect plan for you. Once the program has been built, we’ll call you again to explain the program in depth so you can execute your new plan seamlessly.
